So I've been Intermittent Fasting for a couple months now and in the past week I finally took the total plunge. Before, I was sipping protein throughout the day and eating at night. Now, I totally fast for 16+ hours before sipping on protein and eating. I've noticed an increase in energy and focus from this along with a severe reduction in appetite. I like this a lot. |

Wonderful...I wish every damn book kept my attention like this book. I had an aloud dialog as I was reading...enjoyed it very, very much. I won't muddy myself with fanfic nonsense; the real deal was plenty.
I did have to get out and drive after finishing the book, having been inside so long. Reflections of life, death, spiritual development, etc. etc. |

You either spend the majority of the time with absolutely no luck shopping for the perfect one in your color, low mileage, good running condition. But eventually you just settle with the one with a little more mileage than you wanted, and a body in need of a little work; and you'll be sick of it in a few years no matter what."
